This week we sat down with Jemma and Zoe from Pink Spaghetti.

We asked Jemma and Zoe to answer a few questions about themselves and their Pink Spaghetti business, here is what they had to say…
- Tell us about yourself and why you went into this business?
Jemma: I’m a single mum and wanted more flexibility to work around school hours. I wanted the opportunity to have my own business to do what I love doing!
Zoe: I’m the same – I’m a single mum who escaped from the chaos of working full time in London with a child – living in Somerset and managing to make my own hours is a God send for me.
- What has the Lockdown and Covid-19 taught you?
Jemma; that everything is adaptable, and support from your local community and in turn supporting your neighbouring businesses is vital.
Zoe: The amazing amount of stuff you can do online (where would we have been without the internet during this?!) and the slow realisation of bosses that people can work really (if not more) effectively from home.
- What if anything will you do differently post Lockdown?
We’ll do a lot more online! We save on our fuel costs and become more time efficient by not having to travel.
