What is Alignment Day?

My Alignment Day is an action packed planning session for you and your business. We will identify your personal goals – what is important to you. Once we’ve established that we move on to Business Planning, and how your business needs to be aligned so that it can support you in achieving your personal goals whether it be time or money or….. So first up is ‘why’, then ‘how’ and ‘when’.

You will come away from Alignment Day with:

A 12-18 month personal goal review
12-18 month business goal review
A 5 Year business plan on a single page
Business opportunities and challenges
Personal Development

A major focus of the Alignment day is gathering together all your potential goals into a plan with timescales. By the end of the day you will have a clear 12-18 month plan broken down into quarters and months so that you know exactly what needs to be done and when.

My Alignment Day is a face to face event, so you’ll also get a great lunch and the chance to network with other ambitious local business owners.

Is Alignment Day right for me?

Alignment Day is great for businesses of all sizes and ages, from a sole trader to a small business with up to five staff, right up to a large business with up to 250 employees.

If you are a small business owner I will book you onto our Group Alignment Workshop with up to 6 other businesses – offering a very cost effective and collaborative experience.

If you are a large business I will run a full Alignment day specifically for the owners or senior leadership team – providing the necessary focus and privacy you need to determine a long term strategic plan.

I’m going to add a caveat to this here…over the past two years every person in the world has experienced huge upheaval and change due to Covid. This has taken its toll on us all, but especially on business. Therefore even if you run a larger or more established business NOW is a great time to check your Business Alignment in the light of this ‘new normal’ we find ourselves moving into. If you want your business to be secure, no matter what is happening in the world, then this could be the first step on that journey to safety.

How much is Alignment Day?

For small businesses our Group Alignment Workshop is £345 + VAT per business for one attendee and £50 + VAT for each additional attendees from the same business. That is for the whole day workshop at the end of which you will have a 5 year business plan on a single page!

If you’re a larger business your bespoke Alignment Day is £995 + VAT.

We’ve run these workshops many times and for many different businesses. I am so confident that you will find the process and outcome beneficial that I only ask for a £50 + VAT deposit. If at the end of the day you don’t feel it was worth every penny of the full price I’ll only ask you to pay what you think it was worth. No one has ever asked to pay less than the cost outlined.
