Have you ever heard the saying ‘treat others how you would like to be treated’? In fact this isn’t really true…every person is unique and to get the best results from them you need to treat people how THEY would like to be treated.
I use the DISC profiling tool as part of my Coaching Programmes to help my clients understand themselves and others more deeply and adjust their behaviour accordingly.
The results of the DISC behavioural profiling can be used to improve the results of your interactions with others, whether that is getting the best from your team, converting more prospects into customers or building and improving your relationships with your clients and suppliers.
The great thing about DISC profiling is that it not only gives you insights into your behavioural style it also gives you ACTIONS that will really make a difference to the success of your business.

How does it work?

The DISC assessment itself is a questionnaire which contains 28 sections of four statements. For each group of statements you choose the one that is most and least like you. We ask you to answer honestly and spontaneously. It only takes 5 -10 minutes to complete and is all done online.

The results of the assessment are collated into a bespoke report. The report is extensive, so we will schedule a one hour session (face to face or on Zoom) to go through the results. I will explain DISC and we will look at your characteristics and style as well as reviewing how you can understand and adapt to others.

When DISC is carried out for a team we start with individual assessments and them move to a Group session so we can all learn how to work together and get the best from each other.

It’s important to know that there are no RIGHT or WRONG answers in DISC, it just helps identify how we can best communicate with each other to achieve the results we want.
