OK, so a little bit about me. I’m not going to bang on too much, because actually what I am all about is you and your business, but you want a bit of background – I get that.

I spent over 20 years in the Air Force in South Africa – I was a Helicopter Pilot, Flight Instructor and Senior Officer. A lot of my leadership skills and style come from my time in the military. I am driven, I am ambitious and, as noted above, I am no-nonsense. This doesn’t mean I’m not understanding, supportive and considerate…I am, but I will also be pushing my clients to be the best they can be and holding them to account where necessary.

During my time in the Air Force I had the great honour of flying the (then) President of South Africa; Nelson Mandela (or as we called him, Madiba). I got to know him quite well and learnt many lessons which I continue to employ in my everyday life and in my coaching to this day. After I left the Air Force I spent 14 years working in Corporate Aerospace and Defence before deciding to use the skills and abilities I had developed in supporting the local community and business growth in the South West.
